Terms - gift cards
Varbergs Stadshotell & Asia Spa AB offers the opportunity to make purchases via internet as well as in our shop at Kungsgatan 24-26 in Varberg. Varbergs Stadshotell & Asia Spa AB takes all reasonable care to ensure that there are no errors on this website and accepts no liability for potential "typing errors". We cannot guarantee that all pictures and photos reflect the true appearance of the products perfectly.
25% VAT is included in the stated prices (Please note that there is no VAT included in the purchase of gift vouchers). If you are under the age of 18, you have to parental permission to put your order in with us.
We offer two ways of paying for your order:
Cash on Delivery. You will then receive a slip in your mailbox, alternatively a text message (sms) to your mobile, which you will have to present when you pick up your parcel (against payment) from the collection point stated on the slip/text message. The Cash on Delivery fee is 50 SEK. Postage & packaging fee will also be added to your bill.
Payment by credit card. You can choose to pay online with your credit card (VISA, Eurocard or Mastercard). When purchasing a product you will receive a slip in your mailbox, alternatively a text message (sms) on your mobile, and you can then collect your parcel at the nominated collection point as stated on the slip/text message. There are no extra charges if you pay by credit card, apart from the postage & packaging fee.
We ship all our parcels by mail (with service provider "Posten"). Normal delivery time is 3-7 working days. The Cash on Delivery parcels are submitted to the post office on Mondays and Thursdays.
All parcels leaving our premises are insured. If the parcel and/or the content has been damaged in any way by the time it reaches you, please report immediately at the collection point. If you have opened the parcel elsewhere and discover there are damages, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on +46 (0) 340 690100.
RIGHT TO RETURN
Should you wish to cancel your purchase, you will need to return the product in its original, unopened packaging and you will get the money back into your account. We do not refund any postal charges and the return postage is also payable by you. Please mark the parcel "Retur Webshop". Please note, this does not apply to gift vouchers!
In the event of a product being damaged, we will replace the faulty goods against the returned product in its original packaging. We will refund the return postage. The return of the goods has to take place within 10 days! Please describe the fault in great detail and the return parcel should be sent to: Varbergs Stadshotell & Asia Spa, Kungsgatan 24–26, 432 41 Varberg. Please mark the parcel with "Retur WebShop".

CORRECTIONS, PRICE CHANGES and OUT OF STOCK situations
We accept no liability for typing errors, price changes and out of stock situations that can arise despite continuous updating of the website and webshop.
SECURITY, SAFE PAGES
Pages, where you as a customer enter personal information prior to a purchase, are so called secure pages (encrypted). The certificate guarantees that it is the website of Varberg Stadshotell & Asia Spa AB (www.asiaspa.se), which you as a visitor can communicate with, and that the transfer is encrypted. Most browsers such as Internet Explorers, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome use symbols to show whether you are visiting a secure or an non-secure website.
We work with DIBS for cashing our card payments. The transfer of card details is encrypted. Please note - Varbergs Stadshotell & Asia Spa do not store any credit card numbers, this is handled by DIBS.
We are legally bound to ask you for your consent with regards to us handling data and personal information about you. All information that is provided to us or that we receive when you visit our site will be handled by Varbergs Stadshotell & Asia Spa in the capacity of Data Protection responsible party. The information will be used with the view for us, at the point of purchase, to meet our commitment to you, to notify you of offers within areas of your personal interests as well as for further marketing purposes. Varbergs Stadshotell & Asia Spa will never let a third party use your personal information for marketing purposes if you haven't previously given your consent for this. You have the right to request all personal information that is registered about you. If they are false, incomplete or irrelevant, you also have the right to request for the information to be corrected or erased.
Varbergs Stadshotell & Asia Spa AB is not liable for any consequences linked to failure to meet certain obligations according to this agreement, if the failure is due to circumstances listed below and that the circumstances prevent, impede or delay the fulfilment of the order. The circumstances should include, but not be limited to, Government actions or failure, new or changed legislation, conflicts within the job market, blockades, fires, floods, sabotage, accident of a great scale or other type of natural disaster. Within the force majeure clause we include any decision that authorities have made, which affects the market and products negatively, e.g. restrictions on indications, hazard texts, sale prohibitions etc, abnormal decrease of market as well as if the company has been targeted by criminal activity that affects the business.
