Michael James Wong Asia Spa

Michael James Wong

Michael has been teaching yoga and meditation for 15 years and is dedicated to offering a practice with purpose. Michael’s classes are intelligently sequenced with a focus on simple but strong movements that are grounded, clear and precise. All students are welcome no matter their level. 

Sara Ticha

Sara’s teachings are rooted in her own practice and study of yoga, mindfulness, and self-development. As a student Sara has one goal: to keep moving closer and closer to her truest, deepest self, and create a safe space where her body, heart, and mind can be healthy and thrive. As a teacher, her goal is to guide her students in the same direction.

Camille Vidal

Cami, known as Mindfully Cami, is a yoga & meditation teacher who focuses on slowing down and creating moments of connection.

She will be joining us to guide you through some Yin Yoga as she invites you to create space in the body and the mind leaving feeling more relaxed and grounded.

Adam Husler yoga teacher

Adam Husler

Adam Husler has taught his unique style of alignment focused, non-dogmatic yoga in over 60 locations across 20 countries, fueled by a fascination with anatomy and a desire to ask ‘why?’.

Adam offers creative, effective and clearly-sequenced teachings that focus on balancing flexibility and strength; physically and mentally.

Holly Husler

Holly Husler has gone from performing at the London O2 stage to an audience of 20,000 people in her girl-band days, to singing healing mantras and playing magical instruments to seas of sleeping yogis at events, festivals and teacher trainings across the globe.

Holly now runs her own crystal bowl sound healer trainings and courses, alongside writing and recording her own ‘conscious music.

Lex Reilly

Lex is no stranger to living in the extreme expression of cold. Having guided 1000’s of participants in nature based experiences, Lex seeks to utilise his ever growing heart chakra to spread his love of nature and human spirit to reignite our wild side.

Lex will be guiding you through your theory and practical elements to the Cold exposure therapy component of your weekend.

Malin Mendel

Malin Mendel

Malin Mendel is a Swedish writer and a foreign correspondent in India for Swedish national television. Together with comedian David Batra, Malin makes the television series "The World's Worst Indian" and "The World's Best Curry" for SVT. She was awarded the "Stora Journalistpriset" 2019 in the category "Innovator of the Year" for the television series. Among her several published books you find "My Indian Life", “Yogakitchen” and “India in my Swedish kitchen."

Malin will join us at the Varberg Winter Retreat. You will also have the opportunity to hear her speak about her life and endeavors at a lecture during the weekend. (This will be held i Swedish).

Ottilia Bergström – Asia Spa

Ottilia has worked as a teacher and educator in stage nutrition, physical training, mindfulness and health since 2010. Her classes are characterized by dynamic movements that are connected with conscious breathing. With a background in hot yoga, hatha, ashtanga, yin and restorative, Ottilia guides participants through flows in vinyasa yoga as well as more quiet and restorative, as well as meditative classes.

Jonna Segergren – Asia Spa

Jonna has been working as an instructor since 2003 and has used the possibilities of yoga through different phases of life. For Jonna, it is important to find the way "home". To create places and opportunities to stop and get in touch with oneself and increase awareness of the inner life. This shines through during al styles of Jonna's classes.
Patricia yogainstruktör Asia Spa

Patricia Appelgren – Asia Spa

Patricia is the yogini who is passionate about development, transformation and creativity. She has for many years worked as a yoga teacher, group exercise instructor & Ayurvedic advisor. For her, yoga is a way to get to know herself, peel away what is in the way and make room for life. As a yoga teacher, she wants to convey something that touches her classes, both in words and through her body.
Ann-Charlotte yogainstruktör Asia Spa

Ann-Charlotte Johansson – Asia Spa

Ann-Charlotte has been practicing yoga and liberating dance for almost 20 years. What has fascinated her through her movement practices, is that all movement originates from a source of calm and still presence. And that this safe centre can be accessed through conscious presence and observation. In her classes, she invites an exploration and connection with this centre of stillness and shows how this can make more space for internal relaxation and calmness in our lives.

Leora Johansson – Asia Spa

Leora is a passionate yoga instructor who comes from the beautiful island of Bali. With a background in dance and movement, she has a natural feel for bringing body and mind together through yoga. After practicing yoga for many years, Leora decided to deepen her knowledge and trained as a yoga teacher in Bali. Leora's specialty lies in Vinyasa and Yin yoga.

Patrick Sjögren – Asia Spa

Patrick has always had a curiosity about life and its mysteries. For him, it is important to live life to the fullest, here and now. To be present in the flow of life and be aware of as many breaths as possible. Patrick is a trained osteopath and teacher of kundalini and gong yoga. He is passionate about helping others find their breathing, inner peace and presence.
