Adam Husler
Adam Husler has taught his unique style of alignment focused, non-dogmatic yoga in over 60 locations across 20 countries, fueled by a fascination with anatomy and a desire to ask ‘why?’.
Adam offers creative, effective and clearly-sequenced teachings that focus on balancing flexibility and strength; physically and mentally.
Michelle Baker
Michelle Baker is a mentor specializing in personal growth and self-inquiry, a breathwork facilitator, yoga & meditation instructor, and Reiki practitioner & teacher.
Through all of her teachings, she invites you to compassionately navigate your inner knowing, meet your shadows, understand your truth, fortify your body and nourish your spirit – this is her vocation.
Holly Husler
Holly Husler has gone from performing at the London O2 stage to an audience of 20,000 people in her girl-band days, to singing healing mantras and playing magical instruments to seas of sleeping yogis at events, festivals and teacher trainings across the globe.
Holly now runs her own crystal bowl sound healer trainings and courses, alongside writing and recording her own ‘conscious music.
Sky
For over 35 years, Sky has walked the path of yoga, exploring its many expressions – from the powerful and dynamic to the still and meditative. Over time, this journey led him to Sama Yoga, a practice rooted in balance, self-acceptance and harmony with life.
Sky teaches with warmth and humility, inviting students to meet themselves fully, just as they are. For him, sharing Sama Yoga is both an honour and a blessing.
Mona Anand
Mona Anand is a Yogiraj and co-owner of ISHTA Yoga in New York. Originally from Mumbai, she discovered yoga nidra early in life and later developed a nine-step system with Alan Finger, now taught worldwide.
Passionate about rest and restoration, she leads ISHTA’s teacher trainings and shares her signature Restorative and Yoga Nidra practices across the globe.
Johanna Alvin
Johanna Alvin is a yoga teacher, health educator and former physical education teacher whose path is grounded in curiosity and care. She has trained many teachers in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, written two books, and created an online space for yoga teachers.
With calm presence and gentle guidance, she invites you to unwind, release stress and restore your inner energy.
Helén Jansson
Helen Jansson is a yoga teacher and Ayurvedic health advisor whose journey blends curiosity, calm, and trust in life’s flow. Since her first teacher training in 2009, she has deepened her practice through studies in Sweden, the UK, the US, and India.
Today she teaches yoga full-time, leads retreats and trainings, co-creates mindful products, and shares holistic wisdom through her book Everyday Life with Balance, Energy and Joy.
Johan Landahl
Johan Landahl is a yoga teacher, MediYoga instructor and certified Wim Hof cold therapy trainer. He has studied in Sweden, the USA and Poland, drawing inspiration from anatomy, breathwork and mental resilience.
His teaching blends presence, strength and playfulness – always with a focus on balancing body, mind and energy.
Jennie Landahl
With roots in both ancient tradition and modern understanding, Jennie Landahl guides her students with softness and clarity. Trained at the Sivananda Vedanta Ashram in India and further educated in Buddhist meditation, Indology and Sanskrit.
She weaves wisdom, breath and stillness into her teaching – inviting each practitioner to move with awareness and inner ease.
