Only when you book directly with us can we offer you our entire range – at the best price! We can guarantee that you will always get the best price when you book on our website or directly with us by email or phone. If you still find a better price for the same product, we will pay the difference!

Conditions for price guarantee:
- Bookings must have identical booking conditions and content. This includes dates, room type, number of rooms/guests, content and price restrictions.
- Your original booking must be made on our website or directly to us by email or phone.
- The better offer should be publicly available and bookable. This means that booking should be possible at the time of comparison.
Price guarantee does not apply to:
- Special offers and membership rates/offers via partners that require a booking code or presentation of a membership card.
- Bookings not available to the general public e.g. contract fares for companies, travel agencies, group and conference fares and tour operator package fares.
- So-called “member rates” or “secret rates” where you have to be logged in or use a special app to access the rate (e.g. Hotels.com mobile app)
- Bookings via channels that are not our partners and therefore cannot take any responsibility for the content of. (Examples of sites are; otel.com, getaroom.com, vivastay.com, agoda.com and amoma.com, but are not limited to these).
- Rates from “on-request” websites that do not deliver an immediate booking confirmation. This also includes all websites and mobile apps with a delay of five minutes or longer before booking confirmation is sent.
- Prices in currencies other than Swedish kronor or prices shown without VAT and breakfast.
