Booking information for Varbergs Stadshotell & Asia Spa
Payment
- When booking a hotel room online, a credit/debit card is provided as a guarantee for the reservation. No money will be deducted, and payment will only be made on arrival at the hotel.
- When booking hotel packages online, payment is made by credit/debit card at the time of booking.
- Do you want to pay with a gift card? Contact us by phone 0340-69 01 80 or email bokning@varbergsstadshotell.com and we will help you. Remember to bring the gift card and leave it at check-in.
- Day spa packages are to be paid in full when booking online, otherwise at the point of arrival at Asia Spa. Please contact us if you want to pay with a gift card.
Cancellation
- Room & Breakfast reservation: Free cancellation until 2 pm on day of arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
- Package bookings: Cancellations are to be done no later than 5 days prior to arrival. Thereafter full repayment will be done if a doctor’s note (medical certificate) is presented. Without valid doctor’s note there will be no repayment.
- Day packages and treatments: Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before arrival.
- If you have booked online, you can view, modify & cancel via a link in your confirmation email.
The above applies to parties of up to nine people, contact us for rules for larger parties. We reserve the right to change prices. NOTE! For conference bookings and larger parties, other rules apply.
From-price what does that mean?
Off-price means that the price varies depending on the season and day of the week you arrive. The starting price presented with each offer is the lowest available price per person sharing a classic double room, (for single rooms there is an additional cost of 300 SEK).
If you consult our online booking facility or call our booking department you will be advised of the price that is applicable to the dates you wish to book.
Our price guarantee
Only when you book directly with us can we offer you our entire range – at the best price! We can guarantee that you will always get the best price when you book on our website or directly with us by email or phone. Bookings must have identical booking conditions and content. This applies to dates, room type, number of rooms/guests, content and price restrictions. If you still find a better price for the same product, we’ll make up the difference!

Force Majeure
Significant reductions in supply or circumstances beyond the hotel’s control entitle us to cancel the contract without obligation to pay damages (e.g. strike, fire, lockout, natural disaster, war or similar).
