Nominations for outstanding service
Every day we nominate our colleagues with Proud with Passion cards if they have given extra good service to a guest. This is to recognize each other and give each other praise and encouragement for excellent service and camaraderie. It creates a great community and strengthens the cohesion of the hotel.
Inspiring conferences and events
We have regular conferences and training sessions where we work actively on service and sustainability. The meetings strengthen the departments among themselves and provide a nice community between the staff at our four hotels.

History of Varbergs Stadshotell
How did Varberg get its Stadshotell in 1902 and what has happened to the hotel since then?
