Our treatments are based on the Ayurvedic approach, which originated in India. Ayurveda identifies three different human constitutions, known as doshas: VATA, PITTA and KAPHA. Based on this, the therapist analyzes your skin and adapts your treatment.

Signature Shirodara

Signature Ayurveda luxury

A relaxing treatment including cleansing, exfoliation, toner and a nourishing facial mask. While the mask takes effect, the front of the body is massaged with warm essential oils and the treatment concludes with a soothing facial massage.
Signature Gua Sha Ritual

A calming and flowing full-body massage (excluding the face) designed to create a sense of inner balance and harmony, using warm essential oils and Gua Sha stones.

The treatment begins with an exfoliation using silk gloves to stimulate circulation, followed by a full-body massage including the face. Warm essential oils help to rebalance the body and provide a profound sense of relaxation.
Signature Detox

The treatment begins with an exfoliation using silk gloves to stimulate circulation. The body is then enveloped in a nourishing clay wrap containing iodine-rich salts and algae. While the wrap works its magic, you will enjoy a relaxing facial massage, followed by a shower and a concluding back-body massage using warm essential oils.

Information when booking a treatment:
- If you have booked one of our spa packages, we recommend booking your treatment well in advance of your stay.
- If you have not booked a spa package, you can book a treatment for an additional SEK 200. This also includes two hours at Asia Spa, which you can enjoy before or after your treatment.
- The minimum age for treatments is 15.
- Please contact us if you are pregnant and would like advice on which treatments are suitable for you.
Before your treatment:
- Please arrive in good time for your treatment. If you arrive late, unfortunately we are unable to extend your treatment time, which means your treatment will be slightly shorter.
- Need to cancel your treatment? Please remember to do so at least 48 hours before your booked appointment to avoid being charged the full amount.
