Classic
Our classic rooms represent a slightly more traditional alternative, boasting a very high standard and comfort. Beautiful wooden flooring and all the latest mod cons.
Boutique
In our 66 boutique rooms, you will find innovative approaches and unique design features such as round beds or a bespoke bathtub in the middle of the room.
Deluxe
Our deluxe rooms have been recreated and lovingly restored to their former glory as they would have looked back in 1902. Turn-of-the-century romantic design combined with classic luxury and the latest modern comforts.

Our facilities are available to all our hotel guests.
Gym
The gym is located next to Asia Spa and is equipped with top-of-the-range kinesis stations, which helps you incorporate both aerobic exercises and muscular strength. Opening hours are 6 am to 10 pm, over 15s only.

Kallbadhuset - The local open-air seawater baths
Kallbadhuset and the little beach called 'Barnens badstrand' is situated just a couple of hundred metres from the hotel. A real, picturesque gem you when you visit Varberg.
Varberg Fortress
Originally built as a citadel in the 13th century and then enlarged towards the end of the 16th century to form a strong fortress, one of the most modern in Europe at the time.
The seafront promenade
The seafront promenade winds its way 2.4 kilometres from Varberg Fortress, along the seafront and all the way down to Lilla Apelviken. Enjoy the stunning scenery and salty breeze!

Our hotel is located in Varberg town centre and right outside our lobby, a whole range of cultural activities and shopping await. Every Wednesday and Saturday, all-year round without fail, there is a market organised in the town square with plenty of stall holders selling their wares. Furthermore, we are no more than a short stroll away from the seafront and the harbour, and to walk around Varberg Fortress is truly fascinating regardless of the time of year. Spring, summer, autumn or winter, the stunning scenery and historic building never cease to amaze visitors.
