A membership at Asia Spa gives you the best conditions to take care of yourself and feel good, through both physical and mental exercise. Here you will find wellness and health promotion activities at a high level.
Exercise and relaxation in one membership
As a member of Asia Spa, you can both exercise physically in our gym and participate in our activity classes that strengthen both body and mind. We have a great variety of activities and offer everything from calm classes, with an emphasis on meditative relaxation and exercise, to more or less challenging yoga classes. Our skilled instructors guide you and you get to challenge yourself as far as you want, dare and can. We have 4-5 exciting classes to choose from every day.
In addition, you can enjoy hot baths, water massages, various saunas and much more – all in one membership!
Training card – In shape all day
Mon-Thurs 7am-9pm and Fri 7am-2pm | 890 SEK/month
When you become an In Shape All Day member, you get great conditions for a strong physical and mental health. You have access to the entire Asia Spa during weekdays, which includes
- Gym and training sessions
- Baths, saunas, light therapy and meditation rooms
- You get your own yukata and slippers
The minimum period is six months, after which you have only one month. The card is personal and can be frozen.
Training card Kyaku Rise & Shine
Weekdays 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. | 690 SEK/month (60+/senior price 575 SEK)
Rise & Shine is the perfect membership for those who have more time in the mornings. You have access to the entire Asia Spa on weekdays until 1pm, which includes
- Gym and training sessions
- Baths, saunas, light therapy and meditation rooms
- You get your own yukata and slippers
The minimum period is six months, after which you have only one month. The card is personal and can be frozen.
Training card Kyaku All Day – 1 month
Mon-Thurs 7am-9pm and Fri 7am-2pm | 1390 SEK/month
Try a Kyaku All Day membership with us for one month. You have access to the entire Asia Spa during weekdays where the following is included:
- Gym and training sessions
- Baths, saunas, light therapy and meditation rooms
- You get your own yukata and slippers
The card is personal and cannot be frozen.

Mon-Thurs 7am-9pm and Fri 7am-2pm | 1190 SEK/month (tot 3570:-)
This is the membership for those who want to enjoy the whole of Asia Spa on weekdays for three months, including
- Gym and training sessions
- Baths, saunas, light therapy and meditation rooms
- You get your own yukata and slippers
If you want to continue after three months, you can easily switch to an ongoing subscription with an even more favorable price thereafter. The card is personal and cannot be frozen.

You get a 25% discount on our treatments. Valid when booking at the earliest the day before and subject to availability.
Many of our treatments follow the theme of the Eastern philosophies – Ayurveda and The Five Elements. Finding balance and satisfying both the inner and outer well-being is always in focus. And we know for sure that these are well-proven philosophies. For thousands of years they have been the basis for both strengthening and correcting imbalances in people. You will feel and experience this yourself during a spa treatment with us.

Gym with personal introduction
You will receive a personalized introduction by our gym to get you started with your training.
Our gym has machines for both fitness and strength. The gym is open for spa guests between 06 and 22. Age limit 15 years.

As an Asia Spa member, you have the opportunity to bring a friend who will receive a 100:- discount on the “Just Be” package,
Ord. price 495-695:-. Applies to one guest per occasion.
Buy a 10 card to bring a guest
Do you want to bring a guest more often? As a member you can buy a guest card for 2950:-.
The card is valid for 12 months, on 10 occasions and one guest per occasion.
Free spa entrance at our sister spas
As an All-Day member, you get free spa admission (half day) at Art Garden Spa in Gothenburg and Earth Spa at Billingehus in Skövde Valid for half a day subject to availability, Monday-Friday morning and a maximum of one visit/month. An accompanying friend can book spa entrance for 395:-/half day.
