start your spa journey with a Japanese ablution Ritual
Scrubbing oneself like this from top to toe is seen as a ritual where both body and soul should be cleansed. Take a seat on a wooden stool in one of our ablution rooms and allow the warm, gentle water to wash over you. Give yourself time to reflect and ponder.

Between rounds, you can relax in the low-temperature sauna or take a refreshing dip in the cold tub.

Salt sauna
The steam from this sauna contains genuine sea salt with natural minerals that strengthen the airways and mucous membranes. You sit comfortably on red mosaic sofas and are surrounded by pleasant steam with eucalyptus scent. The temperature in the salt sauna is 46 degrees.

Steam sauna
In our steam room there is color therapy that changes slowly in the colors of the rainbow. The fact that we are affected by different colors has been known for a long time. Heat and light consist of energy with different frequencies, this energy has different effects. Blue color has a calming effect, red color has a positive effect and increases creativity, while a yellow color stimulates the senses and makes thoughts clearer. Our steam room maintains a temperature of 48 degrees.

Traditional hot dry sauna
All types of sauna cleanse the body and skin of waste products. Therefore, it is very good to alternate saunas and showers to help remove what the body has cleared away. Our dry sauna maintains a temperature of 85 degrees.

Low temperature relaxation sauna
We also have a slightly cooler dry sauna that keeps 48 degrees. A wonderful place where you can sit a little longer, read a book or look out over the roof ridges.

Cold bath
If you dare, you can bathe in our cold tub which is about 10-12 degrees. Alternating between hot and cold speeds up blood circulation and is refreshing for body and mind.

Experience shower
Our experience shower provides a soothing effect as the soft water droplets touch your body. Choose between a cooling and refreshing ice rain with a minty scent that sprinkles over you or a warm tropical rain with effects such as the color and scent of mango to enhance the experience.
